Fee Confirmation & Payment

You'll receive a quote based on the base price of your chosen vehicle. Once payment is confirmed, we begin immediately.

Step 03
Discovery Sessions

We start with an online consultation to understand your budget, intended use, preferences, ownership goals, and must-haves. From there, we work through the manufacturer's configurator together until every decision is right.

Step 04
Optional In-Person Review

Where practical, we can arrange dealership visits to physically inspect colours, trims, or finishes — particularly valuable for high-value aesthetic decisions. Terms apply where travel is involved.

Step 05
Final Specification

Once you are fully satisfied, you proceed with absolute confidence — knowing you have built the right car for you.

This service provides independent advisory and consulting on Porsche vehicle specification only. It does not include the sale, supply, brokerage, or delivery of any vehicle or after sale service.

Independence

The Provider is not affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of Porsche AG, Porsche South Africa, or any Porsche dealership.

Authority

The Provider has no authority to place orders, secure allocations, influence production, alter delivery timelines, or act on behalf of any dealership or manufacturer.

Ordering

All vehicle orders are placed directly by the Client with a Porsche dealership. The Provider is not involved in the submission or execution of the final order.

Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for verifying and approving the final vehicle specification, pricing, and order documentation before submission to the dealership.

Dealership

The Provider accepts no liability for dealership errors, omissions, miscommunication, incorrect order capture, or any failure by a salesperson or Porsche Centre.

Outcome

No guarantee is made regarding the final appearance, performance, suitability, or subjective satisfaction of the vehicle once delivered.

Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any loss, dissatisfaction, delay, error, or consequence arising from the vehicle specification, ordering process, or final product.

Fees

Fees are payable upfront, non-refundable, and are charged for advisory time and expertise, not for the purchase or delivery of a vehicle.

Acceptance

Payment for this service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment that the Provider provides advice only, with all final decisions and outcomes resting with the Client.
